@airindia only responded when I tweeted here about them holding two of my wife's bags for a week with absolutely no information.
Permission was sent to them to check the bags as they are apparently being held in security in Bangalore, and again, silence. We just want our bags.

@airindia We have been patient. We upgraded to Business Class, which should come with some priority service. We were completely ignored for almost one week by Air India . We permitted your security to examine our bags. waiting for immediate notice as to when bags will be returned to TLV
