Extremely frustrated with @ray_ban@Meta I’ve been trying to exchange a pair of glasses for over TWO MONTHS and still no response. I’ve even gone to the physical store, and they say they can’t do anything to help. I’m left waiting with no support and no resolution Total disregard
@MetaStoreHelp I don’t have any label to ship my Glass back, I don’t have email information and I send a lot email back asking about and I was ignored in every email. I try a lot times in the website, I call and now I come to my second store AND NOTHING!
@MetaStoreHelp Now I just came to the Hudson Yards Ray-Bay and nobody can’t help me, nobody can’t answer me all my questions. Is very easy to buy Meta Glass Gen 2 for almost $400, but if have some problem DAMN nobody can help to nothing. I’m 1000% frustrated
