For the first time since 2024, the House passes bipartisan legislation to send billions of dollars in new security assistance to help our democratic ally Ukraine fight against Putin’s bloody illegal war and imperial aggression. Let’s stand strong for democracy and freedom against the oligarchs and authoritarians.
This is our Churchill vs. Chamberlain moment. Stand with good or stand with evil.
Ukraine is a democracy invaded by a dictator who wants to erase its independence, culture and people.
Ronald Reagan would stand with Ukraine and vote yes tonight. He would choose Churchill.
It would be a total failure for Europe to negotiate with Russia after its invasion, terrorism, kidnapping children, ongoing sabotage & propaganda onslaught in Europe. Putin's Russia is a terrorist state led by a war criminal. It must be defeated, cut out like the cancer it is.
NEW! Rubio tells Senators that Russia will NOT achieve its objectives in Ukraine, and “they may not even be able to militarily EVER achieve the objectives they're demanding now in negotiations”
Says “not only are the Ukrainians bravely fighting, they're effectively fighting”

The US has been failing this Churchill/Chamberlain moment for years. And on Ukraine, Trump's second term makes Chamberlain look like Churchill in comparison. At least Chamberlain didn't know what was coming in 1938. Siding with genocidal Russia after so many years is far worse.
🚨 The House just voted 218-204 to move forward on the discharge petition to provide military aid to Ukraine and impose tough sanctions on Russia. The House will vote on final passage tomorrow. This is our Churchill moment and we must pass the test.
Russians have erased entire Ukrainian cities to the ground. The only thing russia brings is death and destruction, which they call “liberation”.
We must help Ukraine survive this genocide and push this evil back into Mordor. Stand with Ukraine!
I’ve been in Odesa, Ukraine for the Black Sea Security Forum. The Ukrainian people are resilient and they’re not giving up, even in the face of attacks on civilian infrastructure. We have to continue standing with Ukraine in their fight against Vladimir Putin and Russia.
Poland, Baltic states, now Romania. More and more Russian provocations. Yesterday the former president @MedvedevRussiaE said that the peaceful sleep of the EU citizens is over. Everyone in NATO should finally start taking these facts and words seriously.
After spending a week in Eastern Europe it is very apparent that our tardiness to meet weapons delivery commitments is undermining deterrence and encourages Russia to be more aggressive. Our defense industry must step up and expand production. We are leaving countries that border Russia with a lack of ammo. The same is occurring with Taiwan.
