If you want to be truly 0.01 no matter which field of business you have to starve your distractions and only feed your focus. Extreme obsession. Balance doesn't exist at the top of the game.
The fastest way to get ahead is to have extremely high standards for yourself. Stop tolerating habits, environments, and routines that keep you stuck. Decide what kind of life you refuse to live. Then start making decisions that move you away from it.
@alexxgrowth So true. It’s never been easier to run an extremely lean team. You just need to find A players with the right knowledge. Give them the right tools and each one does the work of 20 people.
@fromadstoassets About mid October: we see the same thing almost every month. Days 11-20 were our worst for CPA in 6 of the last 7 months, then it recovers at the end of the month. Once we noticed, we stopped panicking and changing things mid-month.
@chriswray_@LinoLeighton Same. When your whole feed is people building, it’s easy to forget how rare that actually is. Then you step outside and it hits you.
@LinoLeighton True. We see so many results online that it feels impossible to compete. But zoom out and 99% of people our age have zero ambition.
It’s never been easier to win.
@ValoriLuca Damn, that’s a lot. For us it hits even harder because we’re low ticket: with that many orders, €3 on each one adds up fast. Luckily we managed to renegotiate with our 3PL and get it removed.
I started a business degree at uni.4 months in, I realized I’d learn way faster by going all in and doing the work myself.
So I left.
2 years later, I’m doing 6 figures. In Portugal, where nobody even thinks this is possible at 20.
Funny thing is, I still get judged for it.
Just because I didn’t follow the traditional route:
5 years of uni → a job → 5 more years for a promotion.
