@SkinnyInTheCity@prioritypasscom I cancelled the renewal bc there was a 30 day “grace period” and I noticed it on my cc statement. But I had them preemptively cancel mine too bc of bad customer service. There really not helping with the travel restrictions at all.
@SkinnyInTheCity@prioritypasscom We both travel a lot for work, so it was nice to use lounges — especially when traveling abroad — on a whim. BUT they don’t have a ton of lounges that are *really* free and for what we’ve spent on now expiring passes, we could have just had no membership.
I’d like a response from a @prioritypasscom customer service rep ASAP. With 7 passes left and biz travel plans thru 4/12/20 cancelled due to COVID-19, they are the only travel service I’ve had to call who’s been completely unresponsive to customer needs.

@glutenfreegirl @fivefifths Obviously Hollywood breakfasts and photo shoot filters aren’t our forte. But it was nice to be that close to the queen for a moment 🐝 😆
@ButtonMonkey@united I’ve watched gate agents deny little niceties to folks who cut up at check-in or radio each other to talk shit about the customer coming from one gate to the next. They’re largely ignored on the hustle and bustle, but I watch TF out of them bc that’s just me.
@ButtonMonkey@united You’re probably right but it could def be either. I’ve had experiences where the person checking me in was also my gate agent (hella times at OAK) and I was v v happy I’d been a model customer at the front desk. Could easily go the other way. I watch their comm patterns often.
@ButtonMonkey@united Also: the issue with customer care communication really pissed me off. No human contacts for something so personal? I HAD TO come to Twitter to get some connection. Basura.
