You are not seeing anything from any point of view.
No first-person POV, no third-person POV, since there's no person here at all.
You misidentify when you claim one feels more real than the other. " " is experiencing " " no matter what.
@RebecaN68408 Key word "seems" - it's not that you can't, you're just believing in thoughts telling you that you can't or it "doesn't work"
Also remember there's no physical vs imagination
You think point A is solid and true, so it must mean you have to take action to reach point B. Point A and Point B are the same, only differing in seeming appearance.
Point A= Point B= THAT= " "
"Cup" is not actually a cup
The experiencing of "distance" is actual. But there is no actual distance and there are no actual objects. We don't deny the feeling of experiencing. We reject substantiality for conclusions, i.e., ideas, concepts, logics, definitions, derived from such experiencing.
In other words, the effect of the Mind is actual because this is your own energetic effect. But the determinations, or conclusions derived from such an energetic effect are illusory conceptions. Such conceptions are completely insubstantial and empty. You, your SELF, is not empty. The definitions, concepts, assumptions, logic, reasonings, projected from your energetic effect, i.e., the effect of the Mind, are all illusions.
For example, you may claim that there is an energetic pattern or texture looking like a "cup". But you know there is not actually such a thing called a cup. All there is - is your own energetic texture or pattern. What is making all these claims? The Mind is making all these claims. Don't be fooled by the claims made from the Mind. This is sensitivity training.
Therefore, to say that "there is a cup here" is not correct. To say that "there is no cup here" is also not correct. Because such statements still imply that there is an object called "a cup" either present here or missing here. Such statements still reify the objective concept of "cup" as a concrete object. So, we don't claim there is a cup here or there is no cup here. We transcend the very concept of "a cup" completely.
"Is X possible"
Its a limitation to think of anything as some magical, crazy experience that's somehow unattainable. Everything is possible for an unlimited being, you choose to limit yourself when you listen to doubts saying you can't
All phenomena (sights, sounds, feelings etc.) appears impermanent - it comes and goes.
That which does not come and go is the knowing of the phenomena, the awareness.
Abide in that silent knowing if you wish peace.
Does a life consist of a certain world where certain things are happening and certain things ARE NOT?
If everything IS, can anything be "true" or "false"?
Does the appearance of one thing mean the absence of another?
Can there be an "absence" of anything if all is one?
Stop justifying "why" things "are" "this way." You are the only cause. Stop asking "how" things "will be" "that way." They already are
Waking dreams = sleeping dreams. Do you question the cause while sleeping, or do you just let it play?
An event will happen which triggers a reaction in us - anger, fear etc.
If we donโt dwell on the I-thoughts which arise around such a reaction, the reaction goes away quite quickly.
Take the time to investigate this limited โIโ concept, and the thoughts will lose their power.
