@denvercoder You want me to read it? Write it in plain English (or your language of choice). People skip the T&Cs because it’s written in a technical language they don’t understand.
@d0rkph0enix Ever talk to a customer and ask them if they heard about some new widget? They say no and next thing you know the AM has a new opportunity? Same thing.
@LasVegasBuckeye Another reality is that due to their physiology healthy young people experience sudden heart failure while playing sports. It’s very difficult to detect/predict which young people will be affected but no one ever suggests that we prevent young people from playing sports.
@juangolbez Our career descriptions are nearly identical except for my college degree in Psychology. It was important at a point in time but short of a conversation piece my degree is of little value.
@d0rkph0enix@kreeger I’ve had customer conversations that went ‘If you get 3 quotes and the one from Cisco is the lowest you might be ordering frozen beef.’
@hfpreston There are a number of container applications that can be run at the edge of the network. iPerf. Lightweight IPAM. Various performance monitoring tools. Of course a full ThousandEyes Enterprise Agent.
I had to put @BrightTALK into the spam list. I don't understand how you can send me your first marketing message 15 minutes after I sign up but 6 days after unsubscribing I'm still getting 3-4 emails day. I guess this is why people use burner accounts.
@amp_quest Same thing every year. Step 1 - Take Ohio State to the Natty. Step 2 start a season with a D2 squad. Put in the Air Raid. Recruit 4 stud DBs and start them all year 2. Win it all by Year 4.
@cybersecpisces You’d be surprised how far attitude and aptitude can help you close the qualifications gap. I’ll always advocate for the bright excitable person.
@PeteCCDE@JoeOnisick Spent 3 years with pain in my right knee. Friend kept telling me I needed to lift more weight to fix it. I thought he was dumb. Turns out he was right.
