So now you’re shipping another receiver to try again. And when your tech rep transferred me to your loyalty dept. - it’s closed because I spent 30-45 mins on the call with him? How exactly is it my job to make sure the service I’m paying you for is actually working?

Hey @Bell_Support why, after I tried your self-repair, spent 45 mins with tech support for my Fibe TV last week, and you shipped me a replacement receiver- I can’t call and get an onsite service appt…unless I pay you $75 or sit thru another 45min phone service call?

@cbrookmyre @jimmyeatworld Funnily enough, I was surprised Frightened Rabbit slipped to #2 for me, after being introduced through a certain favourite Scottish author's book a few yrs ago. They were on repeat throughout the Covid days, especially Backwards Walk. Thanks for that, and all the great stories.

@DonovanWoods Maybe consider it an intro to a wealth of great songs people might otherwise never find? I listened to Portland, Maine regularly on Spotify for probably two years before I finally searched your name and discovered everything else. It’s like a really, really good breadcrumb. :)
