@LucasFoxNews California runs their elections entirely with mailed out ballots. It takes a lot more effort to validate returned ballot signatures that it does to have the vast majority of ballots cast in person. In Texas we have always had strict limitations on absentee ballots.

@Stand4Charles Well that's her problem. The denial for boarding was based on behavior. Blood alcohol tests are applicable to people driving cars. A BAC of 0.08% or more is considered proof of intoxication, but at trial one could be convicted of DWI or DUI with a BAC lower than that.
