These failures in communication on behalf of @GreyhoundBus are unsettling. It’s a holiday week and staff can’t even give us clear answers. If there is an issue, address is directly with passengers. Totally irresponsible of @GreyhoundBus

@GreyhoundBus So it takes 4 separate passengers to ask what is going on. @GreyhoundBus can’t find our bus/driver. And the only option is to refund or try to get a new ticket for another ride. This is unacceptable.
