- 10% flat tax on all sources
- Cap gains tax drops 1% per year to 0% after 10 years
- Taxpayer receives tokens for paying taxes
- Tokens pay for government service
- Tokens can be bought/sold anywhere
- Automated, CRA moves to blockchain

1. To sell an item for X dollars, the seller must have put up a performance bond of at least X dollars.

2. Build an escrow service within Marketplace for buyers wanting to use crypto.
