Thanks @delta for a 5 hour delay on the runway and then telling us we could pull our bags off the plane if we cancel only for us to find out we can’t once we have gone to baggage services. Absolutely ridiculous.

@sourtourtickets I tried every thing they suggested, and then it blocked me on my cell service too. Nothing worked and then one day it just went back to normal so I assumed they fixed the issue for everyone but I guess not

@TMFanSupport @tayslarry Respectfully you are sending this message to everyone and it’s not a resolution. Multiple people have done all of this and still can’t access their accounts across wifi or cell service. This is a huge issue that Ticketmaster needs to address
