Apparently @NHGhousing also think they’re above the law and don’t have to respond to requests for information the law says must be provided to leaseholders when requested. A landlord as big as @NHGhousing must be aware of housing legislation, so why are you breaking the law?

@talktoNHG After @NHGhousing ignoring fire safety concerns for almost 3 months, I sent you a formal complaint a week ago. So far it’s been completely ignored, not even an acknowledgement. Is this really how a landlord should react when residents have concerns about fire safety?

@sainsburys In Wales so that’s the number we’ve spent hours calling every day for the last week. It seems impossible to get through no matter how many hours we spend on the phone.

@sainsburys I see you’re asking vulnerable people in England to complete the government form to register with you, but what about Wales? Hours and hours on the phone every day this week but still haven’t been able to get through. Please help.
