Knowing the rate at which at the great Indian judiciary works, it will be at least 10 years till the case gets to Supreme Court.

Even IF SC confirms the death sentence, a few years will go in trying to get a presidential pardon. And even after that, he will still be alive because we can’t get an executioner, like it happened in the case of Vasant Dupare.

Dupare too r@ped and murdered a minor brutally in Nagpur in 2008. SC confirmed his death penalty in 2017. He is STILL alive in 2026! That’s justice for you in India.
