1. You need to have riders first
2. You need have strong marketing cause there is already competition and mind you the client base is the same coz most customers have more than 2 apps ie faras, safeboda en bolt 2/3

@aitajoel When most clients are ordering they look out for the cheapest and we drivers looked out for the fairly priced and maybe with least commision some client will order safeboda if no rider he orders faras or bolt there instance you have gone two rider to pick one
