Museveni's government created 47 parliamentary seats in Ankore sub region. A region of 3.6m people. So, NRM pays these mps 14,100,000,000 a month and 169,200,000,000 a year. Every after elections government buys cars for these mps at 25,300,000,000. Go and see how the people of ankore are, drowning in poverty. Only 16% of these people have access to piped water.
