The plaster fell from 8 the floor to my 6th floor balcony and then in my garden flat. Luckily none of us were outside.

The plaster fell from 8th floor into 6th floor balcony and some part of it in my garden on 1st floor. Luckily none of us from my family were standing outside.

We just cant trust the construction quality!

@GodrejProp @GodrejGroup During rain Bldg structures got cracks & piece of block fall dwn frm 17th Floor . What worst can happen, it's hardly 1.5 yrs old .Luckily no one ws below otherwise anything wud happen. Structural Audit??, Wht is safety,Godrej waiting fr worst to happen.

@GodrejProp Reputed builder Godrej, has planned to leave 4000+ society residents of Godrej24, Pune, in risk with no security, no housekeeping. Its been 15 mths since possession, didnt shared audited financial statement, many incomplete amenity andwhat not. @TOIPune #Gpl #G24scam

@GodrejProp This happen in Godrej 24 , Pune due to leakage there was sealing which fall down in Parking area.There are many leakages at many places & no permanent solution given by builder. Should v wait for someone to get hurt @TOIPune @AnilSinghvi_ @MirrorPune @CNBCTV18Live
