@Apple your trade in process is a mess. After sending my working MacBook Air for a trade in I’m told there is a defect on the screen not detectable to the human eye. Then I’m told “you can get it back but the OS may not be restored” -Apple Mgmt. Seriously?!!!!

@MDT_Diabetes We got a call this afternoon. 1) Need to inform users on the site that myLearning cannot be used on an iPad 2) Chrome browser cannot be used only Safari if using a Mac. This would save a lot of wasted time and frustration. Thanks for getting us help.
