‼️103 MPH HISTORY‼️
Jack Bauer just became the hardest throwing pitcher in high school history, topping 103 MPH in the regional championship (ranging 97–102) touching 103MPH 2 times🔥 (Confirmed by MLB Scout Radars at the game Saturday)
Two years ago, he walked through our doors sitting 88–92. Now he’s breaking records👇🏼
This didn’t happen overnight.
It was year-round discipline — offseason and in-season. Relentless reps. Intentional recovery. And a support system that always had his back.
It’s been a privilege to play a role in his journey — and to collaborate closely with his agent, Matt White from Boras Corporation, to ensure every decision puts his development, health, and long-term success first.
Some athletes are born with a gift. But what separates Jack is the work behind the talent. He’s done everything right, and this is just the beginning.
Proud. Grateful. Inspired.
TRUST. THE. PROCESS🙌🏼
Midweek Pen Focus👇🏼
BSF Athlete | Tanner Post
(Toledo Commit 🚀)
A great midweek bullpen starts with having a plan.
Tanner did a great job attacking the focus of the day, throwing every pitch with conviction, dialing in his rhythm, and sequencing his pitches with intent. Midweek pens are an opportunity to clean up what could’ve been executed better in previous outings and continue building confidence in your game plan.
Not every bullpen needs to be high volume or max intent. Sometimes the goal is simply controlling the variables, getting quality reps, and using the session as a chance to learn, adjust, and prepare for your next outing.

Any team would be lucky to have this guy.
True back-end bullpen arm and closer profile.
Competes every time he takes the mound and throws every pitch with conviction.
Watching Michael’s journey since 2023 has been awesome. Through the ups and downs, battling injury, rebuilding, and completely transforming his pitching game, he’s continued to show up and put in the work.
He’s going to be a huge addition to a college staff and will help lead a winning culture wherever he lands.
Big numbers being put up by Boyce!
Currently looking for a new home!👇🏼
Great story this young man has and the journey he’s been on to making a name for himself👏
Prepping my self for a successful summer season. Today I threw a 25 pitch bullpen focusing on pitch tunneling. Below I have fastballs and curveballs. Fastball velocity today sat 84-85 t86 5 times. Can’t wait to have a fun and successful summer season! @bsf_pitching@BSFpitching
Looking to further challenge your mobility work?
Give these a try 👉🏼 Bear Crawl Banded Med Ball T-Spine Rotations
This is a great progression for T-Spine mobility because the bear crawl position, band resistance, and medball all create additional constraints that force your body to own and control the movement
One of the biggest mistakes athletes make is treating mobility as nothing more than stretching.
Mobility is a strength through a range of motion.
If we want to continue improving mobility, we need to progressively challenge the system just like we would with strength training📈
When performing mobility exercises, ask yourself👇🏼
▫️Can I progressively overload this movement?
▫️Does this exercise challenge my ability to control the range I’m accessing?
▫️Am I building usable motion or just chasing more motion?
As your mobility improves, the demands of the exercise should improve too. Add load. Add constraints. Add control.
Build ranges you can actually own.

I am very honored to have receive a first-team all-conference selection for the second year in a row. Thank you to all the coaches and others who have helped me along the way. @bsf_pitching@pickrelj@RecruitTigers
Here are a few of my favorite shoulder CAR exercises for any overhead throwing athlete👆🏼
The shoulder is a multiaxial joint with three degrees of freedom, allowing movement across all three anatomical planes. Efficient shoulder function depends not only on glenohumeral mobility, but also on coordinated movement of the scapula, clavicle, thorax, and surrounding neuromuscular system
Mobility isn’t just a range of motion, it’s a strength through a range of motion!
Mobility isn’t just about reaching a position, it’s about owning it. That’s why progressively overloading mobility exercises is so important.
A shoulder CAR is a great example. As control improves, adding load helps develop stronger, more durable shoulders that can confidently own those ranges.
