For people who don’t understand why I have been critical of BMC and infrastructure, let me introduce you to someone. This is a picture of Kaushik Khara - A 25 year old software developer working for my firm. He was on his way to office on his 2 wheeler, he had a helmet on and was not going fast. His scooter hit a pot hole, he crashed and died. He lost his life and no one was held accountable. Yes, what they say is true. When this happens to people close to you your view of the world changes. We cannot let more Kaushiks die.
