Second, battery adoption will not grow if we kill rooftop solar. Fighting against customer solar and batteries is giving the keys to the utilities that under corporate law must remain focused on maximizing profits to shareholders.

@UtilityReform @sueysaunders @GavinNewsom The TURN proposal is very similar to the utility proposal in terms of the amount of new monthly solar fees and the amount of the reduction in NEM credit value. It would have the same impact of collapsing the solar market. Different dressing, same impact.
