Meissner effect or bust. Day 1.
Made good progress on the list of to-dos. I'm doing this all after-hours, so it's been a long day. Since we're gated by the delivery of the PbO + Pb(SO4), which should be tomorrow, we're working on infrastructure first.
This week @bsimms__ led a session on hardware hacking with some custom made hardware hacking labs, which provided challenges on tracing uart and i2c signals and dumping firmware!
We had a lot of fun developing a game for the @lucompsoc game jam! Thank you to @bsimms__ and Harry for working with me to build our post-apocalyptic jam game! It was a weekend with little sleep, but a lot of fun. https://t.co/y4VTcuoEJZ (All the assets are ours!)

After 6 consecutive days of CTFs, LUHack placed 20th (of 204) in the Hack The Box x Uni CTF, which places us 3rd out of the UK participants! Well done to the team!
Today we placed third (of 50+) in the Portuguese Army Cyber Defence Exercise CTF, CIBER PERCEU 2020, beating numerous government, defence, and banking sector teams in DFIR challenges! Very pleased with the result of our first international (and non-student) CTF of the year!
I’m giving back to the processor community. I’ll double all die shrinks sent to my fab. Send me a 7nm design and I’ll send a 14nm chip back! Or 5nm -> 10nm. This is a limited time offer, only going on for 2 or 3 more years.
My Internet provider (@EE, AS12576) does not implement BGP safely. Check out https://t.co/EwoCZtggfg to see if your ISP implements BGP in a safe way or if it leaves the Internet vulnerable to malicious route hijacks. via @Cloudflare
Something cool I just got working, using Polysemy in #Haskell, the effects in event handlers bubble up to the final type of the bot effect, which you then interpret outside any of the library code. (https://t.co/kXQAp4zf4Y)
