Hi all, I would really appreciate if everyone could take 2 minutes to read this thread. My dad is a Cancer Survivor. He is set to do an Iron Man in Italy next month for charity. Money raised will go to @IrishCancerSoc and Yeats United FC for development of grassroots football.

Innovative minds have been Dyslexic. Shame on @thetimes for dog whistling the suggestion that Dyslexic people are less than intelligent.
Octavius (Ocky) Job tragically died on 2nd July.
He often came across as quiet, but once you got to know him he had an excellent dry wit and always greeted you with a big swashbuckling smile. He brought calmness to chaos and the impossible was just the untried. (1/3)
One for Sligo based folk. Does anyone know of a spare pallet truck I could borrow for a month? Need it for @OurShoesCharity , we have about 20,000 pairs on 45 pallets to start sorting this week.

@1Hildegarde@drivetimerte The Summer Programme grant has been halved over 2 years for Autistic students. The cost of everything has gone up. There is still time to restore the funding. Please Minister! @AsIAmIreland @InclusionIre
@1Hildegarde Minister, please restore the summer provision grant. It will be impossible to offer a meaningful experience on such a small budget. We just want our autistic children to enjoy their summer camp! Please!!

@SimonHarrisTD Congratulations. Autistic children have had their Summer Provision funding cut for the 2nd year in a row - 50% cut since 2022. Will you please instruct Minister Foley to restore the funding so that we can give Autistic children the summer provision that they deserve.
