If you Americans truly want Muslims and Islam to stay in Muslim countries far away from you, the solution is very simple:

LEAVE THEM ALONE.

Stop invading their countries and slaughtering 1 million Iraqis and creating several million refugees across the region because you want to steal their oil and gold.

Stop propping up unpopular dictatorships in the Gulf which create vast amounts of human suffering and emigration while the dictators sit tight, safe in their role as US government puppets.

Stop using NED to carry out destabilisation and regime change in every country in the world that has a Muslim population above 20 million (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nigeria etc), creating millions of emigrants and refugees in the process.

Stop funding and arming that unsinkable blue and white aircraft carrier that sits at the middle of the Islamic world, committing genocide against the Muslim aborigines, and casually bombing its Muslim neighbours every 5 minutes because The Land Was Promised By God 3,000 Years Ago.

Stop funding and arming "Islamic terrorist" groups in Pakistan, Syria, Sudan, Chad, and Algeria, for use as destabilisation armies that keep the Sahel and West Africa in turmoil.

Finally, and this is the most essential one, close those 800 military bases you have outside your country's borders, including in Muslim countries like Qatar, Jordan, UAE, Saudi Arabia. If you leave Muslims alone to live their own lives in their own countries without constantly interferring, bombing and leaving a trail of destruction through their lives, they will simply live on their Muslim land, enjoy life with their Muslim families, mind their Muslim business, and die their peaceful Muslim deaths far away from you.

You won't have to worry about "Sharia" then.

The legislator here was asking whether there's anything this Parliament hasn't done for the President (emphasis on "FOR THE PRESIDENT").

"This President gave us a Finance Bill (2024) that was very unpopular, we passed it FOR HIM. This President gave us the Housing Levy that was very unpopular, we passed it FOR HIM. This President has asked us to pass SHA, we sat here until 10:00pm & passed it FOR HIM. What haven't we done FOR HIM? What has this parliament not done FOR THE PRESIDENT that he now has to come & bastardise us. Let him do his job"

This right here is the problem some of us have been flagging for years - Parliament simply forgot its job & whose brief it holds in that House. Separation of powers doesn't exist, checks & balances are a rumour.
