According to a Rep on the phone, there were three scheduled AA flights from ORD to MKE since the issue was made known. No one can answer why the bags have not been on one of those flights.

Disappointed in @AmericanAir today. Flight came in early this AM to ORD with plenty of time between our connection home to MKE. Bags didn’t make it on the flight, service rep in MKE couldn’t care less and we still have no ETA on arrival. Air tags show them sitting at ORD. 👎🏻

@RopeDropRadio just listened to the latest LL strategy pod from earlier this year before we head down late next week. We’ve used an Epcot LL at Short Film just to tap in/burn and grab another tier 1 early in the day after Rope Dropping Guardians or Test Track. Different thought!

@HawaiianAir really disappointed in the service from your company today. Gong show at HNL causing so many bags to be left behind. Land at OGG and after filing claim and calling the number they promise to answer find out it isn’t a live number. Corporate closes at 5. Poor svc! 1/

@HawaiianAir Seven hours and nothing. Had to go buy supplies for the night. I think I have to sleep with my ringer on too with the strong words that your rep Nancy used. She said if I didn’t answer whenever you called, no matter the time, they’d take the bags back and not deliver them. Fail!
