@Concern70732755 I think this relates to excessive force. Like nobody is supposed to use more force, than necessary, to subdue someone. It's one of the reasons why people will go to jail, in domestic abuse situations, if they kill their spouse. You just can't take it as far as life-threatening.

@BowlersReviews @TikTokCanada This was a problem with you too as well. I was an early adopter of YouTube and I was really peeved that Canadians couldn't get advertising money, so I left the platform. Eventually we got it but it made it so that we were always behind.
