@CIOontheGo@warDaniel47 Genuinely interested in this. Can you please explain how we’re making money? Sounds like a good deal but he didn’t give specifics.
@Heleana_Jean@eliudgeorgejr@elonmusk I don’t disagree. It’s a toxic environment in the US right now. Both sides shoulder the blame, imo. Democrats need to focus on messaging. There’s plenty of criticism of the current administration. They can avoid the extreme rhetoric and deliver a more effective message.
@rathric27_poopy@Pro__Trading Still $0.80/gal more than what I was paying in January but that’s beside the point. It’s crazy to wreck something, kind of fix it, and then demand praise.
@bigpatriot1776@TheCharlesDowns What a weird response given that this game was played in Seattle and that soccer has a pretty progressive following. Perhaps the correct observation is that republicans underestimated how patriotic democrats are.
@JessicaTarlov I really don’t understand how Jesse Waters is employed. He plays into every stereotype of a racist, misogynistic, homophonic Trump fanboy. It’s like he’s playing a character on tv. If I were maga, I’d be pissed because it comes off like he’s mocking them.
@BMosley98251@ChrisMurphyCT@grok You’re an angry little fella. Calm down. I’m admitting that I don’t know. I hope we don’t pay a dime and all these other countries that didn’t start the war cover the cost. The language does; however, state that “America undertakes” the responsibility. What if no one helps?
@BMosley98251@ChrisMurphyCT@grok Grok doesn’t know because the language is vague and commits to noting. Chris’s entire point is that Trump has a history of saying US taxpayers won’t pay a dime, only to reverse course and use taxpayer money. Maybe gulf states will pay reparations for our war. Time will tell.
@BMosley98251@ChrisMurphyCT “The United States of America undertakes, with regional partners, to develop a definitive mutually agreed plan with at least USD 300 Billion, for the reconstruction and economic development of the Islamic Republic of Iran.” - actual text from the MOU.
@RebeccaSci8178@ChrisMurphyCT You seem to be missing his point. Trump has a history of saying “US tax payers won’t pay a dime” only to turn around and use US tax payer money.
I think most Americans want the war to end and hope for a peaceful, constructive resolution, but trump needs to be held accountable.
@Pro__Trading Interesting. So a lame duck President is somehow still more worried about poll numbers than doing the right, “strong” thing to do? Sounds pretty weak if you ask me.
