@TheCryptoDog @nigelnormberry I would also argue the case that natural or organic foods when they are indeed more healthy owe it to diversity of compounds. And side note: the impossible burger tastes so similar to meat because they viewed it as a complex synergistic chemistry to be imitated

@TheCryptoDog @nigelnormberry I think that the distinction to make for these examples is that the diversity of compounds achieved in useful plants is much more complex than the chemistry of modern medicines. The synergy achieved is probably what makes them safer medicine
