College coaches are shifting gears back to high school recruiting mode RIGHT NOW.

This is prime time — evaluations, in-person visits, and new offers are about to ramp up big time.

For athletes: your film, grades, and communication matter more than ever. Here's how to stand out and make the most of it:

1. Get your materials locked in
🏈Film fully updated and edited (best plays front-loaded)
🏈Transcripts ready and up-to-date
🏈Be proactive: send updates, reach out, and respond quickly, politely, and professionally

2. In-person meetings/visits — dress & act like a pro
🏈No slides, Crocs, hoods up, or sagging pants.
🏈Look sharp, make eye contact, give a firm handshake, use "yes sir/no sir," and thank them for their time.

3. Make sharing your info effortless
🏈Have your recruiting profile ready on your phone (save to Home Screen for quick access).
🏈Include: Name, Position, Grad Year, GPA, links to Hudl film, X handle, IG — all viewable on one clean page.
🏈AirDrop or pull it up in seconds to respect their time.

4. Follow-Up Game Strong
🏈Immediately after meeting:Follow the coach on X/Twitter
🏈Send a quick text/DM: proper intro + genuine thank you for their time
