These tables show overall figures by ethnicity, gender and age. A huge number of people experiencing the trauma of being searched with clothing removed. So many children being searched - surely they should be meeting with youth workers not this?

Today, my bill, #AB1630 “The Vulnerable Defendants Right to a Fair Trial Act” passed the Assembly Public Safety Committee. This bill ensures due process for individuals with severe mental illness & encourages timely access to mental health treatment.
