$SIVE right on target just in time for the US market open
If my calculations are correct, we should bounce
If we drop when the US opens, the bullish channel will break and we’ll enter a consolidation range before surging much higher
I’d give the first scenario a 70% chance, consolidation a 25% chance, and a trend reversal to bearish 5% (almost impossible)
Ready for takeoff $SIVE?

$SIVE very bullish if confirmed 🚀
Tower’s NVIDIA collaboration is real, and $SIVE is already positioned across the SiPho/CPO ecosystem. Any shift toward alternative photonics platforms could expand Sivers’ opportunity MASSIVELY 👀
UBS made a bold call: SPCX’s Terafab could spend $50 billion on WFE in 2030/2031 alone.
How big is that? It’s basically like adding another TSMC.
If this is real, we should be buying WFE right now…

The thesis is playing out… $IQE.
Let’s see if $IQE can break above 48p, then break the strong resistance of 58p and test the most recent highs of 73p. This may be the catalyst we need.
Nomura’s report cites $AXTI and $IQE as the leading players.
Then regarding ASP updates:
- 2in InP substrate price hike 42-76%
- 3in InP substrates price hike 78%
- 2in EML Epiwafer price hike 50-75%
- 3in CW Epiwafer price hike ~40%+
- Prices lower domestically in China as expected.
Hyperscalers bottlenecking upstream photonics confirmation validation… on all fronts from pricing, demand, to supply shortages.
My personal expectation was that price hikes would keep going up like $SNDK given ramping optical demand.
We’ll see if this turns out right given another 2 years of the demand curve.
@insane_analyst IQE plc specialises in epitaxial wafers for VCSELs, recently announcing the world's first commercially available 200 mm VCSEL epiwafers, which improve unit economics and support higher-volume production for data centre optics.
