Serious display of power here for 2027 sprinter Max Gray !
He’s added over 4 inches to his already great vertical jump since starting with us here at @btexceleration
While he’s not training to be a jumper, this type of improvement will help him make massive strides toward his goals this outdoor track season!
If you’re looking to get faster, improve your jumps, and improve your chances of reaching your goals this season…

Coach Tommy Davis has been with us here at @BTExceleration dating back to Aug 2024.
The Davis family recently welcomed their son into the world and were faced with many challenges right away.
Little Jonah has been in the NICU since birth over a month ago. He’s been diagnosed with a rare heart condition and necrotizing enterocolitis.
He has already undergone 4 surgeries in this short time frame and has more on the horizon. Every day has been a battle and there is an even longer fight waiting ahead.
A GoFundMe has been set up to help the Davis family during these challenging times.
Even if you can’t give anything, please take the time to share this. Your generosity is greatly appreciated either way. 🙏🏼❤️

These last few days I’ve been polling some of my clients to see what makes their experience different with @BTExceleration vs other experiences.
I expected many may answer in a similarly, but surprisingly… everyone has said something a little different.
Here are a few 🧵
“Slow kid” who “will never hit 10s” runs 10.76s 100m in meet
Back in the summer when @eliweinman8 was training his tail off with us @btexceleration , I posted to highlight his performances
However, the algorithm did what it does best and attracted a lot of doubters…
“You’re slow”
“You’ll never run 10s”
“Bad form”
“Runs too tight”
“Steps are too heavy”
The list goes on…
We even did some time trials which were also doubted
HOWEVER
Eli recently ran a massive lifetime best in a meet
10.76s 100m
He did it.
Huge congrats to Eli on all of his hard work and dedication paying off in a big way! He has trusted the process every step of the journey and continues to elevate his performances week after week!
Massive 100m performance from 2026 RB prospect @KyleHogan_FB today!
Huge new PRs of 10.83s (HH) & 23.47MPH (no wind).
Great example of what happens when you trust the process + remain consistent!
Kudos to him on his hard work and dedication! This is only the beginning!
Consistency works —
Athletes sprinting 2-3x/wk for 1-3 months, leaning up, + adequate rest / recovery are all PRing max speeds the last 1-2 weeks.
Boys, girls, all sizes, all sports, middle school to college.
If you want to get faster, make time to sprint regularly.

No matter what you’re having your athletes do, you need to have a variety of ways to teach what you’re asking them to do
Sometimes verbal cues are enough
Sometimes hand gestures or pictures work
Other times you might need to find something that helps them see exactly what you’re after
Videos can do the trick here, but sometimes you just have to get out there and demonstrate the skill yourself
I use every teaching method I can with my athletes to ensure they’re getting the best training possible and understand not only how to do a drill, but the importance behind it
