@united what is going on with ua3452 at EWR. It left the gate 5 hours ago and is still sitting on tarmac. There is a 3 hr maximum delay to keep passengers on the plane for domestic flights??? It hasn't been cancelled, but crew is already out of hours? What is the plan???

A passenger has a medical situation on board as well. No info from UA- the chat agent asked me if the flight was delayed?? Pilots can only say "waiting on a gate". Gate availability does not waive the 3 hr max tarmac delay.
