By limiting the bottles she can have, and removing the weekend deliveries, you are seriously affecting her quality of life. A facility upgrade is no excuse.

For the last 3 deliveries you’ve only been able to deliver her 1 of 10. One of the lousy excuses that has been offered is a lack of empty bottles, yet she has loads that you won’t collect 1/2
