@OpenUniversity lastly whoever thought to schedule maintenance on results day. come on now. how does that make sense in any way? there’s a big enough gap between final assignment deadline and the results day, surely it could have been scheduled between those 2 months?!

@OpenUniversity half the time in the tutorials my tutors were helping people with audio issues/tech issues. people should be given some kind of tutorial BEFOREHAND on how to use these programmes if they don’t know as i would often have to drop out of tutorials as it was a waste of time.

@OpenUniversity better tutorials! make them ALL recorded and available, open uni brags about flexibility & how it’s for everyone yet the majority of tutorials are not recorded. lots of the times there are audio issues, why they aren’t done on skype or zoom i don’t know.
