@mcmnorris The conflict between cost certainty & value for money is impacted by the procurement route. Doing it well yourself with adequate funding should give better value for money. Buying turnkey will fix the price but with all risk having been taken on by seller will be more expensive.

First bit is the duck confit. You can use a neutral oil such as sunflower or olive oil (non virgin as virgin has too much flavour) if you can’t get duck fat.

I fail to see when they appear not to have the technical capacity to finish the NCH how they can currently demonstrate capacity to finish anything else.
