@AmazonMGMStudio@amazon A new Stargate show would have brought in millions of core fans + sci fi fans in general + fans of other Amazon shows + new fans. Then when these new fans realize hey there’s decades of other seasons from before? That would equal tons of streams and $.
@BaronDestructo For some reason I imagine Amazon execs wanting a CW version of Stargate. Teens running around the gate with love triangles and drama constantly on and off world. 😕
@RoseyReacts@TheProjectUnity Quite a few prob. Once upon a time o there’s nothing older then Sumeria. Then Gobekli Tepi shows up. Any evidence of a pre ice age civilization is prob under water since people like coastal areas.
@XRPee1983 Not fair actually. The PC engine originally went up against the NES. NEC canceled their true 16 bit system plans to battle the SNES and the Super Grafx a beefed up pc engine appeared instead dead on arrival. Lol Too bad the console never got to show off what it could really do.
@jimjustgames The Genesis. Growing up at the time it was the first console that felt like we finally got a true arcade experience at home. The jump in graphics power from the NES and Master system was huge. Altered beast, Afterburner, Strider, Ghouls and Ghost etc.
@RheoGamer The mega drive could do amazing things in the hands of talented programmers. Now if only Sega had made the system display more then 64 colors the games could have looked even more spectacular.
@akio_1963 You mentioned Sadayan Paint. Was that application used for pixel art? Is it still around or was it custom made proprietary software? I’m fascinated with the old paint apps like Dpaint etc.
@thomin@PixelCNinja This is one of my top picks. The game does a good job at coming close to the Neo in graphics even with the Genesis limited 64 colors.
