EFCC Grills Bobrisky for Naira Abuse

Operatives of the Lagos Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have commenced investigation of Idris Okuneye, a.k.a Bobrisky, for allegedly spraying Naira notes.

The EFCC had invited the 31-year-old following a video report of spraying and flaunting wads of new Naira notes at the premiere of a movie, Ajakaju, produced by Eniola Ajao, a Nollywood actress and producer, at Film One Circle Mall, Lekki, Lagos on March 24, 2024.

The investigation also revealed that he had also committed the alleged offence at some other event centres and parties at different times.

Following the invitation by the Commission, he arrived at the Lagos Zonal Command of the EFCC on the morning of Wednesday, April 4, 2024, for interrogation and volunteered his statements.

He will soon be charged to court upon conclusion of investigations

Dangote has set a minimum requirement of selling 1 million liters to each marketer as they start selling diesel.

The Dangote Petroleum Refinery, will now be selling diesel starting today. Each marketer can purchase a minimum of one million liters of diesel.

On Tuesday, Alhaji Abubakar Maigandi, the National President of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), revealed this information.

He said: “The least volume a marketer can buy is one million litres. Even now as I dropped the call someone was telling me they sell they wanted to start.”

Air Peace now having direct flights from Nigeria to London is good, congrats to 'em; But something needs to be done about the prices of their flight tickets. In one of my recent trips the plane was half full probably due to the price of tickets, which is making 'em lose money. Another issue is the snacks/refreshments being served in local flight, it needs serious improvement. Even normal soft drinks & buns is preferable than the kid snacks being shared.
