This one had to have driven past the sign warning of elderly people to have parked there, blocking the pavement as well as access to/from a blind persons home.

@AsdaServiceTeam Thanks Dave but I got tired of waiting for a response here and phoned the *shudders* overseas call centre. I have now received notification that my refund is being processed, but 48 hrs for a refund of goods handed back at the door is unacceptable, as is 48 hrs for a response.

@AsdaServiceTeam @CrownsnT Great, could you speak to all the rest too? Since March I've seen a grand total of 2 drivers wearing a mask whist delivering my weekly shop. I've even requested socially distant deliveries and pay for (often non-existent) carrier bags for this reason!

@AsdaServiceTeam @seraphickook This is not happening, @AsdaServiceTeam. Drivers are NOT stepping back, some even helpfully stand holding the crates whilst I unpack, since you went back to bagless.

I was also assured on 21 July that "The drivers should be wearing PPE". I've only seen one masked driver since.

@brandoladd @LizzybethRose93 @_annarebecca Break that habit. Calling women 'girls' is seen as quite misogynistic and offensive by many, it's like being put on the same level as a child.

It's complicated of course, but as a male, I recommend you never ever use the word girl unless you're actually talking about a child :)
