it (your guidelines+ customer service team have said it can be activated at ANY stop) it says declined. i was also told it is still activated even when it says declined, but i don't believe this to be true, because the website is showing my tickets as cancelled, as if i never

@BeeNetwork it would be helpful if the live tracker was accurate especially since the times are different today. ive just missed a tram because it came 3 minutes earlier than it said it would and i couldn't afford to wait 16 minutes for the next one

@BeeNetwork hi - i have a pass for zone 234 but tomorrow i need to go to zone 1. it'll be the same tram so i cant tap on/off. I've tried this before buying a ticket and loading onto my card but half the time it does not work when i scan the card. what am i doing wrong?

@BeeNetwork hi, i do use the live tracker which is how i knew the tram was missing (there was one 12 minutes before and after) however i can only see 2/3 trams at a time so it is not easy to mitigate. also im not sure why a crash in city centre would affect a tram coming from the airport.

@BeeNetwork why is it so often that the tram from benchill towards victoria just past 8 is missing? constantly changing the times and removing them is not helpful when some of us have to take multiple trams into work so i now have to either be late or pay for an uber

@BeeNetwork have the tram times changed? the victoria one that usually arrives at benchill at 8:10 seems to be coming at 8:04 and 8:16 instead
