a lot of tools claim you can go from prompt to production-ready workflows.... but what does that actually look like in reality?
I put @bubblelab_ai side-by-side against @gumloop in a live, no-cuts build to see how each platform handled the exact same prompt.
The result:
🫧 Bubble Lab: One-shotted <2min, zero manual wiring, 3s execution
🌀 Gumloop: 25 mins setup, manual nodes, 7 min execution
we believe you shouldn’t have to be a 'node expert' to automate your work
hot take: newsletter tools charging $$$ per month never made sense to me
so I built this @bubblelab_ai workflow that runs weekly:
→ pulls company updates from Linkedin and Youtube
→ pulls product updates from Github PRs
→ drafts the full newsletter, uploads to gdoc
→ sends to my users :D
I just spend ~5 mins reviewing it, cost: <$2
Product Launch Video for @bubblelab_ai , a no-code automation platform that lets you build custom AI-powered workflows by connecting your database to different AI models and external services
Done in 83 hours using @figma@Adobe after effects @cubase and @Artlist_io
:)
give your Claude code a standard automation framework with Bubble Lab MCP🫧
over the past few weeks, the #1 request from our power users was: "I wish I could use the @bubblelab_ai automation framework directly inside Claude Code."
claude code is a game changer; but users tell us the moment they try to build production-ready workflows their business depends on, the cracks start to show:
- plumbing an MCP for every integration
- no shared retries, logs, or audit trail your team can actually use
- no visualization or clean way to hand workflows off to teammates
- burning a full Claude session on every single run
with our mcp, you give Claude direct access to a real execution layer. It can now build reliable, scalable workflows on infrastructure that’s already built — across all your tools.
every workflow still lands in your Bubble Lab dashboard, with a visual layer your team can view, edit, and collaborate on. 🚀
Introducing @bubblelab_ai , the most reliable way to go from prompt → production-ready workflows for modern ops teams.
build visually. collaborate. 50+ native integrations.
bonus: you can deploy us into slack in ONE click so you build where your team already works ;)
we got featured by @Forbes as a Top Startup to Watch from Y Combinator W26 🚀
A few months ago, we realized something uncomfortable: we were building @bubblelab_ai for the wrong audience.
Developers liked it. But the people who REALLY needed it were ops teams.
So during our YC batch, we refocused the product around them. Since then:
• 50% month-over-month revenue growth
• almost 10,000 workflows built
• fast-growing companies now running ops workflows on Bubble Lab...without ever leaving slack!
Huge thanks to the early teams building with us 🫧 we're just getting started!
context switching is the ultimate productivity killer.
that’s the #1 complaint I hear from ops teams
so in this video, I show how to use @bubblelab_ai to auto-update your CRM (Notion, Airtable, Attio, etc) - without ever leaving Slack!
i’ve been piping intros from amazing slack communities like AI Snack Club and Sapienne, puling in call transcripts from Granola, and my Notion CRM is now NEVER outdated!!
if you want to see how bubble lab can completely transform your workflows, book a demo with me @ https://t.co/QTFHouBNt9 🙂
Really awesome tool to supercharge your company’s internal workflows! We use @bubblelab_ai’s pearl daily at Dyna, and find it super useful and getting a lot of internal traction amongst our ops team! Try it out!
.@bubblelab_ai supercharges your ops work in Slack. Deploy Pearl in one click, connect it to tools like Notion, Jira, Stripe, and let it run tasks and automations for your team directly in Slack.
Congrats on the launch, @Selinaliyy and @zhubzyz!

Can’t believe we are at week 8 of @ycombinator already. So much growth and progress, but I’d like to jump back to week 1 cuz why is time flying by so fast 😳
(Re)launching very very soon, stay tuned….
Three weeks into @ycombinator and we finally got our first YC pic!!
Here's the quick backstory behind @bubblelab_ai :
Zach and I met at Cornell Tech. We built our first company https://t.co/fdP8mNIZSa together, scaled it to thousands of users. And then hit a wall.
Email updates. Newsletters. Data pipelines. Lead sourcing. The list kept growing. We were spending more time on repetitive tasks than actually building.
We started asking: "If a small team like us has this many things to automate, what about everyone else?"
That's when Bubble Lab was born.
We rebuilt workflow automation from scratch with one obsession: what if automating work was as simple as describing what you want? No code. No drag-and-drop configuration that somehow magically breaks when you run it. Just prompt → production-ready workflow.
Two months later, we're powering workflows for 3,000+ business professionals. We just signed our first two design partnerships with ops teams. And every day, we're giving hours back to people who need them.
If you're in bizops, salesops, revops, or drowning in repetitive tasks that a workflow should handle-- I want to hear from you!! Let's get you to prompt once, automate forever.
Just automated our weekly newsletter workflow using @bubblelab_ai !
Here's what it does:
- Pulls updates from our dedicated Slack channel where we dump updates as they happen (events, product features etc)
- Structures everything into a clean HTML email
- Connects to our Postgres database to fetch user details
- Sends 3,000+ personalized emails to our user base
What used to take hours now runs automatically, scheduled to go out every Saturday.
If you're spending too much time on repetitive workflows, it's worth exploring automation. Prompt once, automate forever :)
What a way to celebrate Christmas 🎄by hosting our first-ever hackathon!
We teamed up with @Lovable and @mentormates to empower builders in Hong Kong to build Christmas gifts. The creativity was unreal: from personality-based advent calendars, to 3D Christmas trees connected to Instagram photos, to smart gift generators!!
It was especially exciting to see how teams used @bubblelab_ai to power meaningful backend functionality, then paired it with beautiful Lovable frontends. Thoughtful ideas, shipped fast.
Huge thank you to my cohosts for making the entire event run so smoothly ❤️
Feeling incredibly grateful and very excited for many more to come~
support for custom tool now added! 🚀
In our latest update, you can now tell Pearl to add any custom bubbles/sub agent/logic to an agent node
here is example of appointment agent that uses sheets and calendar directly
We've moved from static tool calling to code-based agents @bubblelab_ai
Pearl (our AI assistant) can now gather context, ask clarifying questions, and build personalized workflows that actually fit YOUR setup.
This is HUGE. Here's why 👇
Just tried @bubblelab_ai and I’m actually blown away
Best way I can describe it is if @cursor_ai and @n8n_io had a baby
This afternoon I built a full sales qualifier workflow in three prompts:
– defined a target segment (e.g. Shopify store owners)
– identified market leaders
– analyzed their social presence + inferred priorities
– extracted contact details
– generated outreach emails + sales call talking points
– compiled everything into a single Google Sheet
It got it right with zero errors
As tools like this emerge, the hard part stops being building workflows and starts being understanding them
The advantage moves to people who deeply understand the domain and know what questions are worth asking
Props to @Selinaliyy and the Bubble Lab team! This feels like a glimpse of what AI-native ops should look like.
