@nectar hi. My app logged me out and I’ve reset my password. It’s sent codes to my email etc. but when I log in with new password it’s saying I don’t have nectar account logged to this email. Can you advise?
@UberUKI_Support hi. I booked a trip that had 2 pickup points and a drop off. I got the address wrong on the 1st pickup so messaged the driver and asked him to come to the 2 nd pickup. He refused and told me I had to cancel the trip. I didn’t want to cancel the trip as I’ve paid
For it. I asked him to come to the next stop again and he just ignored my message. The app said there was a cancellation fee which I had to accept as I needed to rebook. Now I’ve looked at my emails and I’ve been charged the full amount. The next uber driver told me he still
@BenGrahamUK £20+ to park for a few hours in Brighton for one. Add that up across the country. I don’t bother anymore and I’d imagine a lot of others too. It’s cheaper to get the train or rent a parking space/drive for the day.
so massively when the tasks and usage has been the same daily and has been for months/years? I use my data often as I go camping and can’t connect to wifi, so I know what’s normal usage. Thanks
@tescomobile hi. I pay monthly and have 100gb data. The last month I’ve had to buy so many extra bundles as I’ve gone over. I use my phone as normal and normally know how much is used for a certain task/app usage but last month was adding up far too quickly. I put 2gb bundle
& it lasted 2hrs by on WhatsApp video. Which at the time I thought was unusual. I received a new sim and this months new allowance of data I spent all night on WhatsApp video and it used about 1gb, which is what It does normally. Can you advise as to why my data has been used up
@InternetReels Having been in that situation with my mum, You don’t think “oh I’ll ring the ambulance and they can tell the police”. All you’re thinking is to get her to the hospital as quick as possible. Anyone with a brain would know that was an emergency.
