The ads that scale the hardest have:
- High stakes
- Real Urgency (not "sale ends tonight")
- Authority
If your ads don't have those elements, they probably won't scale far
And if you have winning ads without those elements
Add them in & you'll be cooking way harder lol
Hot take: creative iterations are massively overrated.
We used to make dozens of them, today we make almost none.
The winning ad usually stays the winning ad.
What actually grows the account is finding another concept that wins with a different audience.
That's where almost all of our creative effort goes now.
You look at ecom different when all you need to do is breakeven on the front end

I'm hiring a cracked buyer for meta and google/YT/display buyer (two separate roles).
You will work 50-60 hours a week.
You will be compensated VERY well.
You must have a background spending 7-figures a month.
DMs are open.

A lot of brands are talking to a demographic instead of an avatar.
Here’s a simple way to check if you’re talking to a demographic or an avatar
1) read the ad out loud (not kidding)
2) ask yourself “can I replace the product in the ad with any of my competitor’s product?”
3) “who am I selling to?”
4) if the answer is yes and to anyone with back pain for example then chances are you’re talking to a demographic
Apparently it’s hard to get mids & get processing for a subscription store🙈
Example of someone with a fresh LLC, new bank and no processing history
$425k caps with some applications still pending
If you think it’s hard you’re just going to through the wrong people 🤷🏻♂️
On this episode of @BrainDrivenPod, @natelagos and I broke down a study that ran the same exact product to the same exact audience, but changed one tiny psychological thing...
The results:
🧠 +21% were more likely to buy it
🚀 +44% more clicked on the ad
🥜 +66% bought more peanut butter (somebody explain why peanut butter is this unhinged)
🎧We break down the full psych-based tactic here:
Last year I created a static ad based on a principle from a tweet by @SarahLevinger
It’s went on to spend 7 figures and be copied pretty much one on one by almost every DTC supplement brand
It took probably 3 minutes to make in Canva
My top-performing ad (this year) is 7 minutes long. It doesn’t even mention the product until 5 minutes in. It’s a masterclass in building curiosity & tension.
Even when Meta is unstable, it STILL PERFORMS - because the fundamentals are so strong & it’s a TRUE TOP OF FUNNEL AD.
If your performance sucks, try my 5-cubed method [5x5x5]…
Create a NEW CAMPAIGN with:
- 5 ads inside it
- 5 minute long videos
- 5 reasons why listicle
& add a COST CAP 15% below your beCPA.
Watch what it does to your WHOLE AD ACC.
[It creates awareness whilst converting cold]
You’re welcome.
Fear based ads are driving our best conversions right now. Even better than classic native ads for supplements and skincare.
Here is how they work. You target an unaware audience and you trigger a real fear of what happens if they do not act now.
Someone sits at a desk all day. You show them what that does to their back over time, and that they need to fix it now. Then you add urgency. Act now, before it is too late.
The urgency is what makes the fear powerful. Fear says this is coming for you. Urgency says do something today. Together they turn into direct response.
We are scaling this hard on supplements, skincare, and any brand where we can sell on emotion. It is our strongest angle at the moment.
im going to need a highlight reel of all the brands we’re taking to $1m/m in spend 😂
here’s another one in the books
almost all display ads
native style ads —> relevant advertorial —> PDP
Claude workflow can pump out 10+ unique prelanders/day per person
Manus flows pump out 100+ creatives /hr
display TO THE MOON
This cortisol supplement brand just started scaling
Will link their TOP ad below
Instead of pushing one ingredient
They stack them all together so the percieved value is instantly way higher
"targets all 8 parts of your body cortisol shows up in"
However their AOV is on the lower end:
- no one-click add ons in the cart
- nothing a customer can add in the checkout
- who knows if they have an upsell flow
I know they focus on LTV but you still want a higher AOV
Go study their ads
