As Dr. Taz put it, we lack female energy in the team.

That said, MedBud has to consider every candidate based upon their individual merit, not their gender/ethnicity/age etc - and won't stray from that.

We're trying to highlight this fairly, as something feels wrong when we're currently not able to consider a single woman becoming the next member of the team.
