We will aim to keep the AGM as short as possible, but it is a legal requirement for a registered charity and is an opportunity for members to be updated on the activities of the Club and to make their views known. 2/4

25/9 15:41 : juv Little Gull : Dorney Lake, Dorney. Flew fairly directly west to east down the Return Lake. I lost it as it mingled with some BHGs at circa 1750 mtr mark. Presume it carried on into Berks.

23/9 14:30 : 2 Black Tern : Little Marlow GP. Active over east side.

Some interesting variability in the juv LBBG at #LMGP. This one is noticeably small and dark with a strikingly pale head, has moulted all/most of its scaps, with 2nd gen feathers also dark. All pics the same bird, but different exposures in early am/late pm. Northern type I guess
