@Laserrman It is difficult to simultaneously accommodate both a Corsair Pro and an Opticross HD within a 7‑F guiding catheter. This has been our consistent observation in the cath‑lab. Even the 1.9‑F Truecross microcatheter sometimes encounters substantial compatibility issues.
