MASSIVE PROPERTY TAX FRAUD EXPOSED:
Texas property owners say Denton County inflated their property values, ignored required appraisal standards and collected excessive taxes.

But no court ever examined whether those allegations were true.

Instead, the case was dismissed because Texas law requires owners to use the Appraisal Review Board. The problem? That board can adjust individual assessments but allegedly cannot stop an unlawful countywide appraisal system.

In plain English: Texas directed taxpayers to a door that cannot provide the remedy they need, while closing the courthouse door that could.

That is the heart of the case now before the U.S. Supreme Court:

Can government declare an administrative process the “only remedy” when that process cannot stop the alleged wrongdoing?
