pt.1 putting @bot on tasks I don’t want to touch: fsa documentation hell
1. freak out when claim(s) are denied
2. asked my Aide @bot “help me submit missing receipts to my fsa portal, scrape my email for proof”
3. watch it pull @truemed / @shopify receipts + pdfs from gmail, then notice the letters of medical necessity aren’t even in the inbox
4. logged into truemed via email otp (without me prompting). downloaded the LMNs. then into optum. @bot saw my claims were sitting under the wrong employer. changed it. uploaded the proof. all without me typing a single password!!!
5. 8 claims got approved! (~$2.5k i don't have to pay back due to my laziness).
bonus: one dentist receipt wasn't in any inbox, drive, or portal so @bot emailed the office and got a response!
6. sit back and relax
So beautiful to see Claude Tag’s default model be Fable.
Nothing quite so beautiful as dedicating the efforts of our societies most powerful technology to the reading and replying of slack messages all day.
Introducing Applied Labs, the world's first truly AI native CX platform.
Enterprise CX companies have completely ignored the mid market, which is the hungriest buyer in software right now.
They're overpaying for tools, understaffed, and losing customers to churn signals buried across systems.
Until now.
With @_appliedlabs, you get AI agents + help desk + CRM with outcome based pricing and no per seat fees.
Full visibility into what your AI is doing, intuitive no code control over how it behaves, and zero critical errors in production.
Our process-
Hour 0: Sign up
Hour 1: Connect existing systems
Hour 2: AI Agent auto builds
Hour 3: First real result, fully auditable
It's that simple.
While using the likes of Claude Code & Codex for 10+ hours a day, I thought it was imperative to try to learn what was actually going on at these frontier labs. So I ended up crafting this animated video with @Remotion to help myself better understand how even a simple question like "What is the capital of France?" gets answered. I'm learning a ton both from Claude in making these, and in the effort needed to take the learnings of an LLM about an LLM and distill them visually for humans.
