It is a known fact that Museveni traveled to the 1985 Nairobi Peace talks on a Swedish passport. He also carried two other passports beyond the Ugandan one. He is a man of Four possible citizenships.

History has a way of punishing those who refuse to learn from it. Our ancestors, in their early political dealings, made mistakes that have haunted @BugandaKingdom_ for generations. Out of trust, confusion, or misplaced loyalty, they allowed outsiders to define our destiny, to govern our land, and to determine who we are as a people. What began as gestures of diplomacy soon became the roots of our political suffering and the chains have only grown heavier with time.

If we, the so-called Abaana ba leero, do not rise to correct those wrongs, we will perish under the same curse of complacency. Our enemies, clever and persistent, continue to strengthen themselves through the same doors our forefathers left open. They infiltrate our systems, control our resources, and rewrite our story while we, the children of Buganda, stand on the sidelines as spectators in our own land.

Our ancestors though uneducated by modern standards,fought with courage and conviction to protect a nation they believed in. Yet we, who boast of education and exposure, have failed to do the very things that could restore their dream. We have become too comfortable, too divided, and too naïve to see the danger of repeating their mistakes.

The most foolish decision our ancestors made was trusting outsiders to deliver services and to represent us, instead of building our own capacity and leadership. And tragically, the generation of today the Abaana ba leero has learned nothing from that painful history. We continue to entrust our fate to outsiders, empowering them to dominate our economy, our politics, and even our cultural institutions. We clap for them while they slowly erase us.

Until we gather the courage to call ourselves out,to admit that we have been stupid, blind, and complacent ,there will never be true change. The liberation of Buganda, and indeed Uganda, begins with a shift in our mindset. We must unlearn the politics of dependency and reclaim the spirit of unity, courage, and pride that once defined our people.

If we fail to act now, our children and grandchildren will inherit not the glory of our ancestors, but the humiliation of our inaction. And when history is written again, it will not speak of conquerors or visionaries but of a generation that had every tool to rebuild its kingdom, yet chose to remain spectators on its own soil.
