STIFFED: An Obama Presidential Center plumbing subcontractor has now suspended operations and laid off 25 workers amid an almost $4 million payment dispute.

Owner Mike Owen said the breaking point came when a recent payment failed to arrive, forcing his company to abandon half a dozen other jobs and file a $1.72 million lien against the center.

“It was just the final death blow to the company,” Owen told Fox News Digital.

Four man "action" / "sleeper" squads could do ...... to electrical / interweb infrastructure, rail hubs, pipelines, fuel storage, schools, etc. A whole host of horribles could/would be unleashed in a classic asymmetrical strategy; furthermore, this would be enhanced by the current crop of fifth columnists / "Black Bloc" types and their "resistance" supporters in the academia, government and judiciary. @cdrsalamander is right, the coming conflicts aren't your father's "forward edge of battle", it will everywhere.

The key point is that when the fluid is "atomized" is become very easy to ignite (see diesel engine injectors). So a pin hole leak in a fitting or hose becomes very dangerous.
